What's Your Hydration Situation?? The Importance Drinking Water Plays in Weight Loss

Did you know that the common advice that tells us to drink 8 glasses of water a day is based on a woman who weighs 130 lbs? The amount of water that we drink is not standard across the board. I have read various information on how to calculate how much water you need daily

Some resources say 
Take your body weight and divide by half OR
Take your body weight and divide by 67% (2/3)



Your level of activity also plays a role. If you are more active you lose water through sweat. You will need to drink more to replace water lost. Which ever formula you decide to try I bet you just figured out that you aren't getting enough water!
